Go With The Flow for Teens & Friends

We introduce your teen and their friends to Go with The Flow yoga poses on the mat for 25 minutes ending in a simple mindful meditation. This will be followed by our Singing Bowl Chakra Energy Experience in the Himalayan Salt Cave. Our instructor guides them on a journey to help them learn how to open the 7 main energy centers in their body. 

-We will also provide a wellness gift for each guest to take home to continue healing and introduce them to the benefits of crystals and aromatherapy.

Child Birthdays - 

Looking for something unique? How about celebrating your child's special day with Kids Pose and Play Experience. Your child will have fun learning and practicing animal yoga poses and playing little games to teach and challenge the basics of yoga practice. They'll go From yoga to the Salt Cave to play with "sand toys" all while receiving the benefits the himalayan salts in the cave.

Ages 4 -8 . 12 kids per event. Parent/Guardian is to stay on premises and may enjoy the salt cave themselves during the event.

Bring snacks, drinks or games to heighten your experience and enjoy your time to the fullest! You'll also have the opportunity to shop our full boutique crystal store with an exclusive discount.

Don't want  to leave the house? That's OK, we'll come to you! This option is great for groups over 10 people, or if you're  looking to enjoy an outdoor class! An at home party can be customized with yoga, sound healing and  massages.
